100daysofrebirth asked: Look into the paleo diet. It encompasses all lean meats, veggies, fruits, and nuts. I have been extremely successful with weight loss this lifestyle of eating.

I’ve recently been told by my doctor that I’m lactose intolerant (which would explain a lot) and so I’ve taken dairy completely out of my diet :( but I was also thinking of trying a gluten free diet. I still have some research to do but has anybody here doing it? If you wouldn’t mind telling a few things about it it would be great!
